Coffee Tech's existing website was built in the early 2000s and lacked the modern feel and functionality required to attract new customers and provide a seamless user experience. The Shopify platform was chosen as it provided an excellent solution to the client's requirements. I worked with an existing template and customised it to fit the branding of Coffee Tech. The blue colour palette was chosen to reflect a professional image while providing a calming and inviting feel to the website.
A special page was created for booking and managing machine servicing appointments, making it easy for customers to schedule and manage their bookings. This provided a user-friendly interface, allowing customers to make bookings online at their own convenience. Additionally, the site was designed to allow Coffee Tech to sell coffee machines directly to customers, providing an additional source of revenue.
One of the key features of the site was the product page, which included custom tabbed groups that allowed for custom-designed tables for specifications, reviews, and descriptions to be added by the client. This feature allowed Coffee Tech to provide detailed information about their products while keeping the page organized and easy to navigate for customers.
The website's design and layout were optimized to ensure fast loading times and a seamless user experience, regardless of the device used. The new website has successfully helped Coffee Tech to attract new customers, increase revenue, and reinforce its brand image as a reliable and efficient coffee machine servicing business.
